Job Description

We are a National Commercial Cleaning Company based in Swansea South Wales, running for over 20 years, looking to recruit a full time Operations Administrator for our specialist cleaning department. You will be required to be familiar with all aspects of the unit from rota's to reports to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Duties to include:



Preparing health and safety documents prior to cleaners attending site Generating reports for clients following site cleans Manage works diary, using a cloud based data management system Take client calls and book in jobs promptly Ensure all appointments are completed and SLA's are met Liaise internally with the rest of the team and specialist cleaning manager Support the rest of admin team ensuring all daily tasks are completed

Key Skills



Good organisation Capable of working under pressure and to deadlines Be able to communicate clearly with a confident telephone manner Receptive to feedback and have a flexible working approach. Good timekeeping and attendance IT proficient with sound knowledge of Microsoft office Sound knowledge of data and excel spreadsheets
