The role requires an organised and self-motivated approach. It will include day to day administration to support the Service and Maintenance Team in delivering services for a range of renewable and energy efficient products. Day to day responsibilities will include service administration, scheduling jobs, assisting customers and liaising with engineers. We're looking for a candidate with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail who is able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Whilst a background in renewable technologies is beneficial it is not essential.
What you can do for us:
Answering customer calls and responding to emails promptly to assist with any queries an ensure excellent service delivery.
Scheduling and logging jobs for the Service and Maintenance Engineers.
Maintain the CRM system with correct data entries.
Assist with escalated customer queries, incident reports and legal issues, through to resolution.
Supporting the Service and Maintenance Team to assist with meeting KPIs.
Support with inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
Contributes to a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, complying with organisation health and safety policies in accordance with current legislation.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication and information sharing delivering excellent customer service, internally and externally.
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the Service and Maintenance Team.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
You'll need:
Strong customer service and administration experience.
Positive attitude and great problem-solving skills.
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 packages
5 GCSE's grades A-C or equivalent
Experience of renewable energy technologies is desirable although not essential.
