Operations Analyst

to join our growing Team here at Holman UK. This role will be based out of our HQ in Chippenham with the opportunity for hybrid working. This is a permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities



Responsible for performing daily analysis and reviews of process concerns related to Operations to ensure Standard Operating Procedures are being followed. Works with peers and leadership to identify trends, process improvements, ways to improve data integrity, and provide suggestions for continuous improvement opportunities. Familiarity with phones systems, understanding key performance metrics and how to analyse the data and producing insights to drive operational performance. Identify data to support the providing of consistent and superior customer service. Work with leadership to build and design productivity reporting dashboards, owning the data. Build and produce weekly and monthly KPI and SLA reporting dashboards, owning the data. Reporting of items in need of immediate attention to the appropriate supervisor/manager. Understands the data and the historical trends, highlights any changes in data outside the norm - providing information for action Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile



Familiarity with operational programs, services, and business structures & processes. A minimum of two years of data analysis experience. Prior work related to Continuous Improvement Processing is an asset. Ability to analyse data and identify trends. Ability to help identify solutions. Intermediate/High level of Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrate the ability to work as a team and individually. Wants to understand the data and processes to drive better decisions Good Analytical skills. Ability to interact and work with fellow employees and local leadership. Good customer service skills. Excellent listening skills. Good Problem solving skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills.
