We're looking for an organised, adaptable, and detail-focused Operations & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. Working across both Lyan Packaging and Icertech, this is a varied and hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the business, including production planning, stock control, and office admin.
You'll be the bridge between departments - helping to coordinate activity across production, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service. If you like being organised, getting stuck into a wide range of tasks, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the role for you.

A collaborative and positive attitude
Comfortable working with spreadsheets
Previous experience in an operational, logistics, or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with a flexible mindset
Confident communicator across teams and with customers
Attention to detail with the ability to juggle and prioritise tasks
Strong communicator both written and verbal.
