Overview

Batch Organics is a fast-growing manufacturer of Ready-to-Blend Smoothie Kits. We pack flash-frozen fruit and veg into convenient pouches, allowing our customers to blend a fresh smoothie in under 30 seconds. Our products are supplied to some of the UK's leading cafes, restaurants, and retailers.

Who we are looking for

We're looking for a hands-on, organised team member to join our operations team, someone who can keep deliveries running smoothly, support the day-to-day running of the office, and isn't afraid to jump on the forklift when needed.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in, whether that's managing bookings with our 3PL partners or helping keep the warehouse tidy and organised.

Key Responsibilities

Book deliveries with third-party logistics (3PL) partners Liaise with customers to confirm delivery slots, provide updates, and flag any out-of-stocks Keep internal delivery and stock tracking systems up to date General admin duties -- answering emails, filing delivery notes, updating spreadsheets Support day-to-day office tasks (ordering supplies, basic facilities management) Assist with goods in/out and warehouse duties as needed Operate forklift

About You

Organised, reliable, and good at juggling tasks Comfortable communicating with customers and logistics partners Practical and hands-on -- happy working in both office and warehouse environments A valid forklift licence is preferred, but training can be provided Previous experience in admin, operations, logistics or warehouse coordination is preferred
