What You'll Do

From day one, you'll take ownership of our end-to-end logistics operations, including:

Managing the full logistics flow -- from factories to final delivery -- across drop-shipping, 3PL, and our developing eCommerce operations.

Ensuring artwork and approvals reach the right hands on time, keeping production on track.

Coordinating shipments and proactively resolving delays before they escalate.

Overseeing fulfilment across all channels so customers receive exactly what they expect, when they expect it.

Troubleshooting delivery issues and customer complaints, preventing small snags from becoming bigger problems.

Driving process improvements and helping build efficient, scalable logistics systems.

Monitoring KPIs such as delivery success rates and processing times, using data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Leading and supporting a team to ensure deadlines are met and workflows are completed efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally with drop-shipping, 3PL, or eCommerce.

Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.

Excellent communication skills to liaise with factories, hauliers, customers and our internal team.

A problem-solving mindset: you anticipate challenges and act before they become issues.

Confidence working with (and helping to improve) software and workflows to drive efficiency.

Team management experience to ensure smooth delivery of all projects.
