About the role:

We are looking for a Night Supervisor for our Operations & Logistics department. As the Night Operations Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing a number of responsibilities listed below.

Key responsibilities:

• Update internal diary system of daily movements
• Allocation of vehicles and personnel
• HOD calls daily recording on Excel spreadsheet
• Following up HOD calls for stock/requirements to various departments
• Customer service answering calls Update of spreadsheets/emails
• Complete all required administration work
• Brief and dispatch drivers Complete all legal required checks on drivers

The ideal candidate must have:

• Previous experience in running and supporting a team
• Customer Service in Operations and Logistics
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Capable of multi tasking Preferably have a Class One HGV licence
• Computer literate to include Excel/Word/Power Point./Outlook and spreadsheets
• Be resourceful and organised
• Have the desire to learn and develop your skills You must have a proactive can-do attitude
