We are a growing campervan conversion business looking for a highly organised and proactive person to help manage the day-to-day running of our workshop. This role keeps the business moving: coordinating builds, ordering parts, communicating with customers, and ensuring every handover is smooth.
This is an on-site role based in Warwick, with a potential move to a new unit in Alcester early next year (subject to planning).
About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating the full process from customer enquiry through to handover. This includes scheduling builds, managing procurement, maintaining accurate records, and supporting customers with updates and post-handover queries.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate campervan build schedules in line with customer deadlines
Manage procurement and track all components from order to delivery
Maintain accurate build records, supplier orders, and technical documentation
Liaise with customers to provide updates, answer queries, and offer after-sales support
Conduct vehicle handovers and assist with post-handover questions
Handle communications with suppliers and customers (calls and emails)
Manage Excel-based tracking sheets and operational databases
Support stock control, materials forecasting, and business reporting
(Desirable) Assist with social media updates or basic marketing coordination

About You
We're more interested in capability than formal experience. You must be able to stay organised, think ahead, and keep projects running on time. An interest in campervans or outdoor adventure is important, as it helps you understand the products and customers.
