We are looking for an
Operations and Sales Support
professional to join our dynamic team and help drive efficiency, streamline processes, and support our sales operations
You would work alongside the accounts and sales teams, whilst also offering administration support to the Directors
Hours are 0800:1700 Mon- Thurs, 0800 -1630 Friday (39.5 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
1. Administration & Communication
Handle incoming calls and general company emails, directing queries appropriately.
Liaise with suppliers and customers via phone and email.
Maintain stationery and general office supplies.
2. Sales & Customer Support
Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales enquiries.
Process customer orders and issue invoices daily.
Submit invoices via client intranet portals (Smart Channel, Verisae, etc.).
Arrange courier shipments (DX, DHL) and manage after-sales support.
Maintain CRM data and customer follow-ups.
3. Accounts Support
Post daily bank transactions and process BACS payments.
Match delivery notes with purchase invoices and reconcile supplier statements.
Assist with credit control and payment chasing.
Prepare payment and month-end reports for management.
4. Logistics & Export Coordination
Prepare shipping and export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin).
Manage domestic and international courier shipments (FedEx, DHL, etc.).
Liaise with couriers for quotes, collections, and scheduling.
5. Systems & Compliance
Manage call logs and service closures through client portals.
Maintain monthly tachograph and fleet driver records.
Support compliance reporting and record keeping.
About You
Excellent phone and email communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Experience in sales or operations administration.
Basic accounting knowledge (BACS, reconciliation, ledgers).
Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
Knowledge of export processes and HS codes (advantageous).
A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems and supporting customers.

Pay: 28,000.00-33,000.00 per year
