This role is being advertised for Wednesday - Saturday (Inclusive)
Duties include, but are not limited to:
General
Customer Care
Site cleanliness and upkeep
Safety and security
Office cleanliness
AOC operations and planning
General oversight of office and office duties
Airside Operations
Handling movements in and out
On call for handling on some evenings
Refueling of aircraft
Apron safety, e.g. FOD and security
Fuel Truck up keep
Aircraft cleanliness inside and out
Daily aircraft spray down
Prepare and pack up aircraft
Apron upkeep
Maintenance
Help with 25 hour Maintenance
Help coordinate the flying schedules with maintenance
Ferry aircraft coordination for maintenance delivery flights
Cafe and Toilets
Cafe Stock
Purchase of new stock and stock rotation
Cleanliness of all areas
Admin
Schedule organization
Answering of telephone calls
Make flight bookings
Process Vouchers
Process Payments
Daily banking of credit card machines
Stationary stock
Printout stock
Opening and closing of premises
Evening on-call handling phone
Please note a lot of these duties will be undertaken by other staff members, although you will be required to be able to carry out all these tasks.
Please note that the applicant must have a full UK driving license, without this unfortunately you cannot be considered for this role.
