The post holder will be required to actively promote best practice throughout the organisation, working closely with the General Manager the Operations Manager. Positively influencing the progression and growth of the business, key areas of responsibility will include maximising opportunities, standards and achieving the organisational targets.
This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
The opening days for the hospitality business include weekends and as such the post holder is required to demonstrate reasonable flexibility with regards to days worked. It is expected the post holder will work at weekends when required to do so.
Working as part of a team tasked with providing exceptional customer service
Establishing good relationships with clients, maintaining strong lines of communication
Assisting with the efficient handling of customer enquiries and complaints in person, by telephone, and email
Be up to date with guest feedback and understand current trends
Contribute to the development of the business by taking part in ad hoc project work that will add value to current processes and customer experiences
Undertake a full detailed inventory prior to a tenancy commencement and comprehensive check out reports at the end of the tenancy
Schedule and attend periodic inspection appointments for each tenancy, actioning any issues in a timely manner
General administrative duties such as scanning, filling, photocopying
In the absence of the Operations Manager and General Manager, be the primary contact and therefore be responsible for ensuring that every guest and tenant has a positive experience
