We are looking for a proactive Operations Assistant to work closely with the leadership team to help turn strategy into execution. This is a hands-on role spanning product operations, HR/recruiting support, and cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, organised, and thrives in a dynamic start-up environment where priorities evolve rapidly.
Your Responsibilities
Support leadership team with project coordination, tracking deliverables, and meeting follow-ups.
Assist in product development operations -- documentation, supplier communication, and data gathering.
Conduct market, competitor, and supplier research to support strategic decisions.
Manage recruitment logistics: posting roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
Help with onboarding, HR admin, and team communications.
Prepare presentations, reports, and operational documentation.
Take ownership of ad-hoc and cross-functional projects as the business scales.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years' experience in operations, admin, or coordination (start-up or SME preferred).
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling varied tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office.
