Operations Assistant

to support our day-to-day running of the plant.

The Role

As an Operations Assistant, you'll play a key part in keeping production moving smoothly. This is a varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and helping a busy workplace run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the operations team with daily tasks across production and logistics Preparing and organising materials for production Monitoring workflow and helping ensure schedules are met Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting any issues Assisting with stock management and general organisation Helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities Reliability and a proactive attitude Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Previous experience in operations, manufacturing, or logistics is helpful but not required -- full training will be provided
