About Us:

Fairplay Exchange Ltd is an exciting new startup in the sports betting industry. We're building something different -- a fair, fun, and fast-moving platform for sports fans and bettors who love the game. As we grow, we're looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our small but passionate team.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role where you'll get involved in all aspects of the business -- from operations and trading to compliance and customer service. You'll be working directly with the founders and learning how a sports betting company runs from the inside out.

It's an ideal opportunity for someone who loves sport, understands betting, and wants to kickstart a career in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting day-to-day operations across the business Assisting with trading and market monitoring Helping with compliance checks and record-keeping Engaging with customers and supporting service requests Contributing ideas and energy to help shape the company as we grow

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for sport and betting (essential!) Ambition, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and reliability A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved No formal qualifications required -- just drive and interest
