London Apostille Services Ltd is a trusted, client-focused agency specialising in apostille and document legalisation services.

We help individuals and corporate clients navigate the complexities of getting UK documents officially recognised for international use.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the entire document legalisation process for our clients, from initial enquiry to final dispatch. Meticulously check client documents for accuracy and compliance with the requirements of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), embassies, and consulates. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear updates and guidance via email and phone. Liaise professionally with solicitors, notaries, government bodies, and translation services. Prepare and submit applications accurately and within tight deadlines. Manage invoicing, payments, and the secure dispatch of documents via post and couriers. Maintain precise and organised records in our internal systems. Contribute to improving our processes to increase efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative or operations role where attention to detail was critical. Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal). Proficient in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software. Minimum A-Level education or equivalent. A university degree is advantageous but not essential.
