Summary

:

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to offer an exciting opportunity with-in our Operations Team. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role at the very core of our operations, ensuring that our department runs efficiently and smoothly. In this dynamic position, you will be helping with day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

:

Collaborate closely with our logistics partners to ensure that every order is
booked, processed and delivered with precision.

Liaise with the in-house sales manager regarding stock allocation and deliveries
of sale orders

Complete import and export declarations for movements EU/UK and US/UK, in
both directions

Troubleshooting any issues that have may have occurred with Shipments,
Customs or Sales Orders

Assist in setting up and maintaining operational systems and processes. Prepare reports and provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager.
oSupport with health and safety compliance within the warehouse/office environment

Maintain accurate records of inventory and assist with stocktakes. Provide cover for Warehouse staff and other members of the Operations team

Skills

:

Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role (desirable but not essential).

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or comfortable learning new software.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
