Fitch Ratings is currently seeking an Operations Associate based out of our Manchester office.




About the Team:

Core Operations aims to create an efficient operating environment for our analytical teams by standardizing operational aspects of the rating process. This role involves collaboration with analytical teams, IT, and others to ensure that procedures and applications support user needs and comply with business and regulatory requirements.


How You'll Make an Impact:


Serve as the first point of contact for analysts with system or workflow-related inquiries. Collaborate with IT and other teams to resolve system-related issues and enhance processes. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve current processes, procedures, and systems. Test system enhancements prior to release to ensure functionality and compliance. Develop support documentation and provide system training as needed.

You learn quickly and pay close attention to detail.



What Would Make You Stand Out:


Bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, economics, or relevant fields, or equivalent work experience. Experience in a global financial services organization. Experience in supporting team handling system queries and solving problems.
