The Role
This hybrid role bridges business development, client outreach, and operational support.
You'll help us grow our network of partners, manage communications, and keep the company running smoothly day to day. Working directly with the Head of Operations, you'll balance outward-facing work: research, outreach, client calls etc with the internal organisation that keeps a start-up efficient and responsive.
What You'll Do
Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients, partners, and collaborators.
Support early client conversations, prepare presentation materials, and track responses.
Maintain and update CRM records, outreach pipelines, and contact databases.
Assist with operational and administrative tasks: scheduling meetings, managing documentation, filing NDAs, and coordinating follow-ups.
Help produce and circulate weekly progress reports and outreach summaries.
Support internal workflows: from onboarding freelancers to managing shared tools and assets.
Jump in where needed: Locat is growing fast, and we value proactive problem-solvers who make things happen.
About You
1-3 years of experience in operations, business development, or account coordination (start-up experience a bonus).
Organised, self-motivated, and happy balancing structure with improvisation.
Confident communicator: comfortable speaking with partners, clients, and colleagues.
Detail-oriented, tech-curious, and unafraid to take ownership of small projects.
