Operations & Client Projects Coordinator

to join our growing team in Maidstone. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, managing operations, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional client support.

with strong communication skills who's eager to learn, grow, and play a key role in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Office Management



Oversee the day-to-day running of the office to maintain efficiency and organisation. Support HR and administrative processes, including onboarding, scheduling, and compliance tracking. Maintain and update company systems, databases, and CRMs. Coordinate internal meetings, documentation, and reporting for leadership. Liaise with suppliers, venues, and contractors for company events and training sessions.

Project & Client Coordination



Support the planning and execution of internal and client-facing projects -- from marketing campaigns and product launches to live events. Act as a

primary point of contact for clients

, ensuring they receive excellent service and timely updates. Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Track milestones, manage timelines, and produce progress reports for leadership. Support event logistics, including preparation, communication, and onsite coordination when required.

Communication & Team Support



Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure alignment and accountability. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions from meetings. Contribute to creating a positive, professional, and productive team environment.

Skills & Requirements



Excellent organisation, communication, and multitasking skills. Strong client service orientation and confidence in professional interactions. High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Competent with technology, CRM systems, and project tools (training provided). Degree-level education preferred (Business, Management, or related field ideal). Previous experience in administration, customer service, or coordination beneficial but not essential.

Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential).

Must be able to work full-time in our Maidstone office.
