We are now seeking a

Client Support / Operations Administrator

to join our busy creative studio. Sitting under the Operations Manager, this is a hands-on role central to supporting day-to-day operations, client communication, and studio administration. It's ideally suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and wants to contribute to meaningful, impactful work.

What you'll do:



Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day administrative support to the Operations Manager and studio team. Liaise with clients, handling enquiries, onboarding, and communication to ensure expectations are met and SLAs are delivered. Facilitate the upload and download of client files, creating job cards, ensuring accurate spreadsheet and data management. Prepare reports, manage data, and provide administrative support to the Operations Manager to aid effective decision-making. Use Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, apply formulas, and interpret data. Support the production suite when required and coordinate deliveries, manage couriers, and post runs. Help ensure studio activities consistently meet agreed quality standards, SLAs, KPIs, and internal compliance requirements. Identify and promptly escalate operational risks or issues to the Operations Manager. Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture that reflects and supports company values.

What we are looking for:



At least 3 years previous experience in an administrative, client support, or operations role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently. Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Advanced IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, with strong Excel capability (formulas, data handling, reporting). Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling data and client files. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the initiative to identify issues and escalate appropriately. A team player who contributes to a collaborative and supportive culture.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
