About the Role
As our
Operations Coordinator
, you'll play a key part in ensuring our epic trekking adventures - from Everest Base Camp to Kilimanjaro - are well-organised, accurate, and ready to go.
You'll be supporting our operations team across a range of tasks including:
Managing customer information and updating internal systems
Liaising with international suppliers to confirm trip logistics and updates
Coordinating booking details and assisting with documentation
Communicating key information with customers in a clear and supportive way whilst getting them excited for their trip ahead
Providing general administrative support to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where precision, reliability, and strong communication are essential.

This Role Would Suit Someone Who:
Has strong admin and organisational skills
Is confident using spreadsheets, email tools, and online systems (you'll be trained on the rest)
Has excellent attention to detail and loves ticking off a well-planned to-do list
Enjoys working with people and building great working relationships with suppliers
Communicates in a clear, friendly, and professional manner with customers and team members
Can juggle tasks and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Works well independently while staying connected to the wider team
(Bonus points if you love the outdoors but not essential!)

- 2-3 days / 16 hrs per week (ideally Mon & Tues/Wed but can be discussed)
Pro Rata Salary
: 25,000-28,000 (depending on experience)
