24,000 per annum plus 1,500 annual loyalty bonus

Summary of Position:
The Operations Coordinator will be a key part of our Operations team, assisting in the preparation and delivery of our quality holiday programmes. Working closely with our Programme Manager, your role will include activity development, paperwork and equipment preparation, input into staff training, preparation of resources and supporting to get our camps ready to run.
This role plays a key part in the quality control and operational support our camps, to ensure that they are running successfully and that we are delivering the outstanding experience we promise our parents, children and host schools.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Activity Programme
Plan and create sport, play and creative activity resources for our programmes, ensuring fun activities are on offer every day at every location, that fit within the regulatory framework.
For our shorter seasons, create weekly timetables using our timetable builder programme, in longer seasons, support temporary head office staff in the creation of timetables
Develop activity training resources and research new training activities
Support with kit preparation and maintenance across all programmes
Prepare essential on camp documents through black boxes and Google drive, for both Ultimate Activity & Ultimate Survival Programmes.
Support the Programme Manager to develop new Ultimate programmes
Yearly, alongside the Operations and Training Manager, review of the Ultimate Activity Programme, considering stakeholder feedback, providing suggestions for changes/improvements.
Camp Operations
Support the Warehouse & Equipment Manager with the preparation, packing and counting of kit, for all programmes
Lead the preparation and updates of camp paperwork and support with the preparation of camp tablets and mobile phones.
Lead & support with camp inductions and pack downs
Support the Operations & Training manager with the planning and delivery of staff training
Prepare resources and equipment ahead of staff training
Provide operational and logistical support to other Ultimate programmes as required
Visit, monitor and support our onsite teams to ensure high standards of both pastoral care and quality activities are being met
During seasons, act as a Regional Operations Contact for camp managers, providing support where necessary
Ensure the Operations Team are informed of any problems on camp involving any aspect of camp, staff and our host schools
Post season, lead organisation of camp paperwork, archiving and shredding
Support the yearly review of accidents using the accident tracker
Work with the operations team to update on camp risk assessments for activities and procedures
Driving (using company or hired vehicles):
? Deliver equipment, paperwork and resources to camps, using both hired cars and vans (If age appropriate)
Other:
Attend and support marketing activities including event work.
Support the other areas of the business where necessary/requested
Support the Operations & Training Manager and the Programme manager with ad hoc operational work where needed.
Essential Requirements
:
? Strong organisation and communication skills, candidates must be confident in their ability to support staff, and lead activities, communicate with children, host schools and parents.
? Good time management and planning skills.
? Be highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
? Be able to manage multiple workloads, react, and prioritise accordingly
? A pro-active team player, able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges on camp.
? Full, clean driving licence with access to a car (hire cars provided during holiday periods)
Desirable Requirements:
Previous Camp or Holiday Programme experience
An understanding of Ofsted and Safeguarding Regulations
