Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of the digital screen rollout program, experiential activations, and client campaigns. You will report directly to the Operations Director and will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Operations Director in the day-to-day management of operations, including planning, communication, and project execution.

- Planning and managing experiential advertising activations, including logistics, supplier coordination, health and safety compliance, on-site support, and post-campaign reporting.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales team to plan, coordinate, and deliver client campaigns from briefing through to execution, ensuring that timelines and expectations are met.

- Continuously improving operational processes by identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency, quality, and service.
Operations Coordinator Skills and Experience:
- Experience in an operations, project coordination, or campaign delivery role-ideally within the media, advertising, or a related industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on-site when necessary and to be available outside standard hours during campaign activations.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary and benefits package.
- Flexible and hybrid working options available.
If you are confident, collaborative, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
