Operations Coordinator
to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, compliance, and social media engagement.
As the central point of contact, you'll liaise with internal consultants, contractors, and our support team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain compliance with established processes. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a real impact.
What You'll Do
Recruitment Administration
Prepare contracts and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Chase outstanding paperwork and conduct compliance checks (right-to-work, visas, client-specific requirements).
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including references and CV updates.
Generate reports on starters, finishers, and client-specific data.
Liaise with payroll and ensure timesheet approvals are completed.
Support marketing efforts by sourcing candidates via social media.
Review and improve internal processes to align with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
ISO Compliance
Be part of the ISO Management Team, ensuring QMS compliance.
Conduct audits and maintain the integrity of our quality management system.
Report on performance, improvements, and innovations.
Social Media
Manage Fuel Recruitment's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Create engaging content to boost brand awareness and attract talent.
Analyse engagement metrics and optimise campaigns.
Monitor reviews, respond to feedback, and foster community growth.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (essential).
Further education in Business Administration, HR, or Marketing (desirable).
ISO 9001:2015 auditor training (advantageous).
Skills & Experience
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Previous experience in recruitment support, operations, or administration.
Familiarity with ISO standards and CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn).
Proven ability to manage social media content and analyse engagement.
