Operations (Production) Coordinator - 35,000 | London | Fast-Growing Consumer Brand

Looking to step into a fast-paced role where precision, organisation, and communication are key? This rapidly expanding consumer brand is searching for a proactive Operations Coordinator to join their Operations team and play a crucial role in keeping supply running smoothly from supplier to store.

You'll be the engine behind production. Owning purchase orders, tracking deliveries, liaising with global suppliers, and ensuring every piece of data is accurate and every handover is seamless. If you love structure, problem-solving, and being the go-to person who keeps everything on track, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Process & Workflow Management

Create and manage purchase orders for your supplier base with complete accuracy

Keep production trackers and reports fully up to date with daily audits

Monitor supplier performance and escalate delays before they become problems

Track production timelines and remove bottlenecks across the process

Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate product attributes and barcode files for smooth operations

Reconcile invoices and ensure clarity across financial handovers

Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the link between internal teams and international suppliers

Oversee supplier-to-logistics handovers, ensuring documentation and compliance

Support store teams by responding to production queries promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For:

Strong computer skills. Confident using Excel, Outlook, Word and quick to learn new systems

Clear and confident communicator across all levels and cultures

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments

A collaborative team player with pride in delivering quality work
