We are now looking for an Operations Co-ordinator who will be central to our field teams and will own the day-to-day delivery of our commercial business as a key figure head for our largest customers.
This role is not only about effort and contribution but is measured on delivery and results. The ideal candidate needs to have a resilient attitude and strong work ethic. It requires a composed and organised approach with experience in managing conflicting priorities within a time-critical operation.
Responsibilities
- Managing the scheduling and day-to-day operations of our field teams.
- Rostering and staff planning for 24/7 coverage on all jobs which require flow management or mitigation.
- Fleet planning to support the operational delivery whilst also factoring in fleet maintenance for both planned and reactive repairs.
- First line of contact for the customers and field teams in all matters regarding operations and capacity planning.
- Front line contact with all field teams ensuring compliance and standards are delivered consistently.
- Maximising operational capacity, creating positive relationships and demonstrating strong team motivational strategies.
- Monitoring emails and responding to all inbound requests within 2 hours.
- Data entry to meet client needs regarding reporting and our own internal compliance.
- Communicating rosters and effectively managing the rotational schedule plans for optimisation of resources.
- Pro-actively calling customers to book in work and reviewing capacity daily to find scheduling and revenue opportunities.
- Account management for the clients supporting in-day requirements and managing complaints or issues which require resolutions.
