The Director of Operations will be responsible for the management of the company's three key pillars: projects, portfolio, and finance, ensuring that each area operates seamlessly and contributes to our long-term success.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership position, responsible for overseeing operational strategy, project delivery, and organisational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimise day-to-day operations across design, construction, and development projects.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational goals with the company's vision.
Implement systems and processes that drive efficiency, sustainability, and quality.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
Oversee portfolio management and financial operations to maximise value creation.
Build and nurture strong relationships with partners, contractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven track record in operations leadership within real estate development, construction, or architecture.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
