We're entering an exciting phase of growth, with new product launches planned and a strong focus on operational maturity.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Operations Director

to unify our internal processes and provide a clear, senior reporting line for our internal support team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring Edun scales efficiently while maintaining clarity, accountability and excellent internal and customer-facing operations.

This position can be considered on a

full-time or fractional basis

, making it ideal for an experienced SaaS operator who thrives in growing, fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

Own and unify internal operational processes across the business Act as the senior point of accountability for the internal support team Create clear reporting lines, KPIs and performance frameworks Work closely with

Product, Operations, Customer Success and Development teams

to ensure smooth collaboration Support the launch of new products and features to market, ensuring operational readiness Identify and remove operational bottlenecks that impact delivery or customer experience Implement scalable processes that support growth without adding unnecessary complexity Ensure documentation, workflows and internal communication are clear and consistently followed

About You

You are a pragmatic, delivery-focused operator with experience in a

SaaS business

, ideally within a scale-up or growth environment. You are comfortable bridging the gap between strategy and execution and can bring structure without slowing momentum.

You will likely have:

Proven experience in an

Operations Director, Head of Operations, COO or similar role

Strong understanding of SaaS operating models and cross-functional delivery Experience working closely with

product and development teams

A track record of improving internal processes and operational clarity Confidence leading and supporting internal support or service teams Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
