This includes owning the commercial success of your region, managing the P&L and identifying opportunities for business growth.

What you'll be doing:
Coordinate General Managers, Regional teams and Central functions to deliver a highly effective, efficient operation with a relentless focus on improving colleague and customer experience.
Driving commercial outcomes across a multi-site operation, using insight and data to identify opportunities and manage budgets effectively.
Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, strong performance management and accountability.
Manage the regions P&L looking for opportunities to increase profitability, drive efficiency and unlock value.
Advocate and promote positive communication with our Holiday Homeowners whilst always looking to enhance our ownership experience.
Ensuring operational standards are consistently high, with a strong focus on compliance, safety, and wellbeing.
Develop General Managers and on Park teams ensuring that they have the necessary skills to deliver and grow in their roles.
Contribute to Away Resorts' overall strategy and direction as required, implementing innovative changes to support park and regional performance.
Align and drive the Away Resorts vision and values and our Holiday Hero culture throughout the regional team.
Along with your regional support team, drive the people strategy through park plans to drive excellence in training, recruitment and engagement.
Skills, experience and qualities you'll need:
A proven track record in senior operational leadership, ideally in the hospitality or leisure industry.
Commercial acumen, with experience owning and optimising a P&L
Experience of working in a matrixed environment.
Track record of delivering outstanding commercial, customer, and colleague results.
Experience navigating change and driving innovation
Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
A collaborative approach and the ability to simplify complex ideas effectively.
