The Role
As an
Operations Director,
you'll focus on driving operational improvements and performance across multiple UK sites. Partnering closely with General Managers, you'll increase presence in growth markets and deliver class-leading results in operational excellence, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. You'll take a hands-on approach to implementing Lean principles, building capability through coaching and development, and ensuring Bodycote remains a trusted, dependable partner to its customers.
Who We're Looking For
Key essentials:
10-15 years' experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, including multi-site leadership
Proven ability to deliver operational improvements and financial targets
Strong Lean/Operational Excellence background; Six Sigma certification preferred
Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management skills
Track record of developing and coaching leaders to success
