The project: The Immingham eastern roll?on roll?off terminal (IERRT) is a major infrastructure scheme at the port of Immingham, approved through a development consent order to deliver a new freight ferry terminal supporting a more resilient and sustainable UK supply chain. The project is entering into delivery phase in Q1 2026. Mace is providing project management, commercial management and site supervision support. The role is to act as the Mace project lead, working closely with the client lead, with specific focus on managing relationships within the project to facilitate successful delivery.
You'll be responsible for:Managing health, safety regulatory compliance.
Fostering inclusive teams and wellbeing.
Providing strategic leadership for key commissions.
Owning executive and client relationships.
Governing budgets, ethics and compliance.
Shaping sustainable business strategy.
Developing talent through mentoring and networks.
You'll need to have:Chartered membership or equivalent professional development.
15+ years' infrastructure delivery across full RIBA lifecycle.
NEC4 ECC accreditation and SC eligibility.
Proven leadership in infrastructure or transport sector project delivery.
Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the infrastructure or transport sector.
