We are one of the largest online catering resellers in the UK and we are now actively seeking a Operations Manager to join our expanding team in Wales.

What You'll Do:



Strategic and Operational Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with our company goals and drive sustainable growth. Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and improve existing operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor operational performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations. Resource Allocation: Optimize the allocation of resources (people, technology, budget) to maximize productivity and achieve operational excellence. Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other department heads to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across the organization.

What You'll Bring:



Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior operations management role, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of operational best practices and methodologies. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a track record of developing and motivating staff. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Superb communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating at all levels. Proficiency in operational software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
