is looking for a talented, motivated Associate to lead operations across our three startup programmes.

Founders
at the University of Cambridge is a new strategic initiative supporting University-linked founders to build companies tackling global challenges. We connect future founders with alumni, mentors, funding and deep tech expertise, helping them build stronger, faster-scaling startups.
The Role
You'll run the day-to-day delivery of our accelerator programmes and community events. Think seamless logistics, smooth communications, and a first-class experience for all involved.
What you'll do:
Manage programme operations and logistics, from scheduling and venues to catering and A/V.
Create and manage onboarding materials, session agendas and follow-ups.
Keep records up to date in Airtable, Notion, and other internal technology tools.
Work with mentors and speakers on all comms and logistics.
Support founder applications, selection processes and due diligence.
Embed best practice into everything we do, and help prepare for key events like Investor and Demo Days.
Explore ways to use AI to streamline workflows.
About You
3-4 years' experience in an operations role (startup or accelerator experience is a big plus).
Top-notch project management and problem-solving skills.
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
Eye for detail, independent, and proactive.
Tech-savvy -- keen to learn new tools (experience with Airtable and Microsoft suite helps).
A real passion for startups and entrepreneurship.
