Fleet Evolution, a rapidly growing vehicle management and employee benefits provider, is based just outside Tamworth. We specialize in employee car schemes, a rapidly expanding market. As demand for our products and services continues to rise, we're looking to expand our Operations team.

Position:

Apprentice - Operations Team

Starting Salary:

16,000 per annum increasing to 25,000 on successful completion of apprenticeship

Hours:

37.5 hours per week

Contract:

Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Apprentice to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn, develop, and grow within the company, with the potential to transition into a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Our award-winning apprentice program, established in 2013, has a proven track record of nurturing talent and advancing team members into senior roles.

Who We're Looking For:

Proficiency in using computer applications is essential.

Role Responsibilities:

Support the Operations team, suppliers, and customers throughout the vehicle lifecycle, from delivery to disposal. Handle general inquiries via phone and email. Manage vehicle maintenance, service, and tyre bookings. Review contract mileages and issue notifications. Process supplier invoices and report exceptions to management. Collaborate with other business departments as needed.

Key Skills:

Excellent telephone manner and clear communication abilities. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C or 9-4, including Maths and English. Due to our remote location with limited public transport, having your own transportation is essential.
