Your Role:
As our Operations Executive, you'll be the engine behind our drainage operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. You'll work closely with technicians, clients, and the operations team to deliver top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule jobs and manage diaries using our CRM (BigChange)
Plan efficient routes for our fleet to reduce costs and boost productivity
Be the go-to contact for clients and field technicians
Manage stock control and ensure accurate inventory records
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and job logistics
Prepare and circulate RAMS, post-job reports, and certificates
Maintain data accuracy across internal systems
Support the Operations Manager with purchasing and planning
Deal with hiring and off-hiring of equipment
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' experience in an operations role (drainage industry preferred)
Strong admin and organisational skills
Confident using IT systems (Excel, Word, CRM tools)
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise under pressure
Knowledge of drainage operations is essential
Knowledge of basic Health and Safety and Waste Transfer is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
