About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Executive with Executive Assistant duties to join our International Residential team based at our Baker Street HQ.

Join our dynamic International Residential team to provide full 1:1 executive management and support for the Head of Department and Stakeholder, as well as providing solutions, ideas and making decisions on behalf of Department Head as and when required. Supporting the wider team to ensure the effective running of the operations. You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service; managing the daily operations, processes and working closely with the wider operations team.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive 1:1 executive support to the Head of International Residential, including full email and diary management, international travel, and expenses.
Oversee daily departmental operations, acting as a key liaison across the wider network to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare high-level documents, reports, pitch materials, and presentations for Executive Boards, clients, and strategy days.
Coordinate and support strategic initiatives, including contributing to operational planning, annual accreditation, and the department's 3-year growth plan.
Manage the Head of Department's social media presence and contribute to marketing and PR activity in line with brand guidelines.
Drive operational change and transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Maintain CRM and internal systems (HUB, Associate Portal), ensuring content accuracy, reporting, and process optimisation.
Collaborate with Associate offices, assisting with international events and maintaining strong relationships across the global network.
Handle financial processes including raising invoices, processing expenses, supplier payments, and sales tracking.
Oversee office management tasks such as ordering supplies, organising archives, updating contact databases, and monitoring team compliance training.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for business support roles, including induction and buddy schemes.
Support early careers initiatives and coordinate the onboarding of graduates, interns, and temporary hires as needed.
Organise and facilitate appraisals, 1:1s, and team meetings, ensuring consistent feedback and development opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor and representative for the Head of Department, occasionally making decisions on their behalf.
Provide business support for the Venteu (International Auctions) team, managing finance trackers, marketing materials, and board submissions.
Key Experience Required:
3+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative/PA/EA role.
Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.
Property experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.
Financial experience.
Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling, with additional language advantageous but not mandatory.
