The Role: The Heart of Our Service Delivery
We are looking for an organised and communicative
Operations Executive
to join our team of 5.
In this role, you act as the vital link between our clients in their offices and our service teams on the road. You aren't just inputting data; you are ensuring that our service people are in the right place at the right time. When a client needs a visit, or a driver needs support, you are the problem-solver who makes sure the service happens smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
Logistics & Coordination:
You will work closely with our field service team, managing schedules and route planning to ensure 100% service delivery.
Customer Support:
You will be the friendly voice on the phone and the first point of contact for email queries, resolving issues and answering questions for our clients.
Problem Solving:
Things change quickly in field service! You will adjust routes and priorities to minimise disruption when schedules change.
Data Management:
You will keep our internal systems and databases accurate to ensure information flows smoothly between the office and the field.
About You
You don't necessarily need to come from a field service background to thrive here. We are looking for someone who is:
Service-Minded:
You have demonstrable experience in a fast-paced customer service or operational environment.
Tech-Savvy:
You are confident using IT systems and can learn new platforms (like CRM or routing software) quickly.
A Team Player:
You enjoy collaborating and are committed to quality and teamwork.
Desirable:Experience in scheduling, logistics, or using routing platforms is a plus, but not required if you have the right attitude.
