We're looking for an

Operations Executive (Underwriting)

to play a pivotal role in ensuring our underwriting operations run seamlessly. This is your chance to join a dynamic team where your expertise will make a real impact.


As one of our Operations Executives, you will work closely with the business leaders and other key stakeholders to support the delivery of our strategic priorities.


You will be predominately home based with occasional visits to our various offices based around the UK.

Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:



Support the business with strategic objective delivery. Handle IBA queries and monthly BDX reviews, liaising with external partners to keep everything on track. Conduct monthly RiskSmart control reviews and resolve overdue items promptly. Lead fortnightly review meetings, produce weekly summaries, and deliver detailed monthly reports. Collaborate with the underwriting team, explore AI solutions, and create process guides that make life easier. Monitor and log MID scores to maintain regulatory compliance. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and enhance operational processes.

About you




As our Operations Executive, you will need to be organised, have the ability to build good working relationships with effective communication skills.

You'll also be or have:



A background in MI and reporting, with insurance industry knowledge being very beneficial. Extremely organised with strong attention to detail. Strong IT skills, especially Excel. The ability to build strong working relationships and communicate information effectively. Drive and enthusiasm to deliver and make change happen.
