Job Description

What is the role?



We are looking for organised and motivated individuals to join our Operations team. The main focus of the role is to coordinate logistics and provide administration support for multiple market research studies by liaising with our suppliers and internal teams

This role is suitable for an entry level candidate or someone with up to 18 months' experience in an office environment.

As a Project Co-Ordinator you will...



Provide support to internal teams in the day to day running of projects Manage and coordinate suppliers throughout projects to make sure they deliver on time and on budget Prepare, organise and quality check documents Monitor and track project processes, keeping documentation and teams up to date Troubleshoot minor issues independently and get support to resolve bigger issues as needed Balance multiple projects and deadlines, prioritising your work appropriately Develop a good knowledge of our suppliers and the services they provide Check and approve supplier invoices and update project finance files

Competencies



Essential:

High standard of English and Numeracy Strong organisational skills Excellent prioritisation skills Excellent communication skills Good level of computer literacy - including Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word
Desirable:

Preferable to have experience of a fast-paced office role
This is a hybrid role and you will be expected to come into Manchester City Centre on average of once/twice per month.
