Operations Executive
to join our dynamic team.

Attention to detail is critical in this role. From managing bookings to distributing digital tickets accurately, your careful oversight ensures a flawless experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle bookings from multiple sales channels
Input reservations into our booking system with complete accuracy
Produce detailed operations reports
Allocate and distribute digital tickets to consumers and sales channels
Maintain smooth day-to-day operational workflows
Experience & Skills Required:
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proactive, can-do attitude
Effective communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English (a second language is a plus)
Previous experience in ticketing systems (theatre, sports, travel) preferred but not essential - full training provided
Ability to work collaboratively within a team

30k+ salary per year + bonus
20 days annual leave (25 days after two years)
