We're now looking for an Operations First Line Manager to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Ensuring the customer's product is delivered consistently to demanding service level standards and set on time performance targets. Maintain and promote H&S culture across the site Ownership of all people related matters within the operation from thorough investigations to colleague engagement meetings Manage and enhance performance management Carry out HR functions as required ensuring compliance with all HR processes and policies including investigations and Grievance management Support employee engagement initiatives

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Preferred experience within aviation ground handling Previous experience as a team leader/supervisor IT literate Ability to manage HR functions at site level Strong people management skills Hold a valid UK driving license (essential) Can work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Be able to provide five years' address history Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character) Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
