Operations First Line Manager (Nights)
Position: First Line Manager

Location: Stoke On Trent - ST4 4EX

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)


Shift pattern: Any 5 out of 7.

Shift Times: Nights, 2200 - 0600.



DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a First Line Manager - Warehouse to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.



WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?


Managing Performance of Areas within the Business Reviewing Resourcing Levels to meet Business Needs Monitoring KPI's and SLA's Following Company Policies and Procedures Responsible for a Team of up to 25

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?


Experience in a Similar Role People Management Skills Computer Literacy Analytically Minded Great Communication Skills

A recognised qualification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics will be well received.
