Location: St Patrick's House, Cardiff



Contract type: 22-month fixed term



This role will require you to work weekends and shifts at t and so flexibility is needed.

What will my responsibilities be?



The Operations Graduate will contribute to the best service for our customers by supporting the delivery of our timetable promise, optimising capacity to meet their needs and providing the best possible experience.

Are there any essential requirements?



A degree/Apprenticeship degree in a subject such a Business/Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or other r elevant area. Experience of utilising time management and prioritisation skills to effectively achieve goals/objectives. Understanding of the importance of health and safety in the context of the transportation sector. Ability to communicate effectively with a range of both internal and external stakeholders at different organisational levels. Demonstrated alignment to our core graduate attributes and values, which can be found below.

Please note, to be eligible for our Graduate Scheme, you must be within 2 years post-graduation upon application or have graduated by the time the scheme begins. You'll need to be available to start the Graduate Scheme in early September 2026.



You will be required to undertake a Personal Track Safety Medical to determine fitness for the role.



Please note, you must hold the relevant right to work in the UK upon successful appointment of the role. We're not currently able to provide sponsorship.



Welsh Language Skills



We welcome people who can speak or write in Welsh, but it's not essential for this role.
