Job Description

We are an established food business launching a new standalone food brand focused on high-volume ambient food products. This role is being advertised through our existing business but will be fully dedicated to supporting the launch and growth of the new brand, with a clear transition as the business scales.

This is a hands-on operations role, ideal for someone with experience in food manufacturing or FMCG who wants responsibility, visibility, and the opportunity to grow with a new brand from an early stage.

The role is operational, practical, and based close to production -- this is not an office-only position.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate weekly production schedules Manage distributor and wholesale orders Control stock levels for ingredients, packaging, and finished goods Support smooth day-to-day running of food production Identify and resolve operational issues quickly Maintain basic reporting on volumes, deliveries, and issues Support the scale-up of the new brand as volumes increase Work closely with the founder on operational improvements and growth

Requirements (Essential)

Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG operations Previous work in a production or factory environment Comfortable in a hands-on role, including time on the production floor Experience with production planning, stock control, or operational coordination Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Practical, calm approach to problem-solving Right to work in the UK Able to work on-site in the Coventry / Midlands area

Desirable (Not Essential)

Experience working with distributors or wholesale customers Exposure to high-volume or fast-paced manufacturing environments Interest in growing into a more senior operations role over time

Pay: 36,000.00 per year
