Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate operations intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. You will be joining us in the operations of a food manufacturing startup that has been growing every month since launch.

It will be great if there is prior experience in food preparation and production. As an operationa team member, you will be responsible for working in the team to ensure orders are fulfilled, working on streamlining processes and finding efficiences, and maintaining HAACP records.

Duties

Assist in daily operations of the food manufacturing facility. Support food preparation, production, and packaging to fulfill customer orders on time. Maintain and update HACCP records to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Help streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor inventory levels and support procurement when needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow across operations. Assist in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Contribute to quality checks and ensure products meet company standards. Participate in identifying and reporting operational issues with potential solutions. Support logistics and order dispatch coordination.

Qualifications

Interest in

food manufacturing, operations, and process improvement

. Prior experience in

food preparation, production, or handling

(preferred, not mandatory). Understanding of

food safety practices and HACCP principles

(a plus). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a

fast-paced startup environment

. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to be hands-on and flexible with tasks. Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
