Training Requirement:

To start, you'll spend time at our headquarters in Florida for hands-on training (travel, accommodation, and related expenses covered). This is a chance to learn our systems, processes, and quality standards directly from the team before returning to the UK to operate as Operations Lead.

The Opportunity

We're launching our UK operation and are looking for a hands-on, reliable team member to help us get it off the ground. As our

UK Operations Lead

, you'll be the go-to person for handling incoming devices, checking their condition, preparing them for resale, and shipping them to customers.
You'll be part of a successful and growing US-based business with full training and support from our team in Florida. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in tech or e-commerce who wants to play a key role in building something new from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Receive Packages:

Accept and unpack devices sent from customers across the UK.

Check Devices:

Inspect, test, and grade phones, tablets, and other electronics using our step-by-step process.

Enter Info:

Record accurate details about each device in our systems for resale listings.

Pack & Ship:

Safely package devices that have been sold and arrange shipment to customers.

Customer Support:

Occasionally help with basic questions from customers (quotes, inspections, returns) -- always with backup from our US support team.

Team Communication:

Stay in touch with our US-based operations team and help tailor processes to the UK.

What We're Looking For

Dependable and self-motivated -- able to manage your day without constant supervision. Comfortable working independently (you may be the only UK-based team member at first). Interest in tech or experience handling electronics (even as a hobbyist). Great attention to detail -- you're the kind of person who double-checks their work. Clear written communication skills for entering notes and descriptions. Confident using a computer and navigating online platforms. Must be legally allowed to work in the UK.
