Our busy city centre street food business is on the lookout for a driven and passionate Operations Manager to join our team!

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for motivating and driving our management team to success by ensuring key targets are hit and customer expectations are met! You will develop robust and detailed SOP's, ensuring that they are implemented effectively and adhered to at all times. This position requites a high level of attention to detail and confidence using administrative software such as excel, word etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the 12 strong team by example Training and development Creating and implementing training materials Completion of checklists and management of health and hygiene standards Leading and motivating a management team Improving and streamlining existing operations
The ideal candidate for this role with have a positive, proactive approach to problem solving and be passionate about developing their team as well as their own career.

Qualifications:

Previous management experince in a similar role is essential for this position.

A passion for food. Strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a positive attitude. Team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Ability to lead by example and show consistency in standards. Understanding of P&L / financial controls
