We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations of a renovation business and ensure organisational efficiency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating various departments, implementing policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Duties



Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimise efficiency and productivity. Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making. Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve operational goals while fostering a positive work environment. Manage budgets, optimise resource allocation, and oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements. Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational workflows. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within operations or related fields. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to problem-solve proactively and adapt to changing business needs. Relevant qualifications in Business Management, Operations Management or similar are desirable but not essential. Demonstrated knowledge of health & safety standards, legal compliance, and quality assurance processes is advantageous. 32,000 per year and 3% profit bonus with 28 days holiday with birthday off full day.

Hours are 8am - 4:30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00-47,000.00 per year
