Operations Manager Aberdeen Facility (310306)
Job Description
Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager responsible for our Aberdeen sites who will:
Maintain constant communication with managers, staff and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
Oversee compliance of all Group HSE procedures are maintained and implemented
Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company performance
Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as required
Lead, motivate and support a small team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
Work closely with HSE and Legal departments
Ideally, an experienced individual with knowledge of business productivity
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Waste Management and/or Metal Recycling would be an advantage
Road Transport Logistics
Plant Maintenance knowledge
Excellent Salary and Incentive Package with this management role
