Operations Manager - Signature Pharmacy (London, On-Site)

Signature Pharmacy is an

award-winning online pharmacy

based in London. We're known for our concierge-style service and for partnering with some of the biggest names in private healthcare.

We're looking for a

hands-on Operations Manager

who can take ownership of our day-to-day operations, lead a talented team, and help us continue to deliver an outstanding service to our patients and healthcare partners.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, supporting, and motivating a team of dispensers, packers, and customer service staff. Managing supplier relationships and medicine procurement -- including negotiating pricing and ensuring stock availability. Working alongside our onsite pharmacists to maintain full GPhC and MHRA compliance. Reviewing and improving processes to maximise efficiency, accuracy, and output. Managing and updating SOPs, training materials, and the internal knowledge base. Tracking team KPIs and ensuring strong performance across all departments. Communicating operational needs and system improvements to senior management and the technical team. Ensuring onboarding and training documentation is complete and up to date for all team members.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an

Operations Manager

, ideally within pharmacy, healthcare, or another regulated environment. Strong people leadership -- someone who gets the best from their team. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle priorities. A proactive, problem-solving mindset, you make things happen. Punctual, reliable, and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed.

The Details

Location:

London (on-site)

Hours:

40 hours per week.

Week 1: Monday - Friday

Week 2: 4 weekdays with Saturday 9am to 3pm

Reports to:

Chief Operations Officer / Managing Director
